If your child still needs to prepare for Baptism, First Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, or Confirmation, let us know. We are gauging interest in an additional preparation session for families who did not register in time.

What Happens Next

This form is not a registration and does not guarantee a place. If there is enough interest, the Faith Formation office will contact you with dates, fees, and next steps for an additional session.

If your child was baptized outside St. Matthew, you will be asked for a copy of the baptismal certificate when registering.
